Developed and integrated an automated Officer Images Sync Workflow for the acmutd/website repository, enabling seamless synchronization of officer portraits from Firebase Storage. Leveraging DevOps practices and GitHub Actions, the workflow ensures that the website consistently displays the most current leadership visuals without manual intervention. The solution was implemented using Node.js, JavaScript, and YAML, focusing on end-to-end workflow integration within the existing CI/CD pipeline. This automation improved content accuracy and reduced maintenance overhead by keeping officer images up to date, thereby enhancing user trust and experience. No major bugs were reported during the development and deployment of this feature.
