Developed a Video Management System for the JilaApp/Jila repository, enabling add, delete, and retrieve functionality for video content on an educational platform serving Q’anjob’al-speaking immigrants. Focused on backend persistence, the work integrated PostgreSQL and Prisma to store and manage video metadata, establishing a scalable foundation for future enhancements such as search and categorization. Leveraged full stack skills with Next.js and React to ensure robust feature delivery and maintainable code. Emphasized a thorough code review and pull request workflow, resulting in a stable release with no critical bugs reported during the period and laying groundwork for ongoing platform improvements.
