During a one-month period, contributed to the JilaApp/Jila repository by delivering a refactored frontend navigation experience for the Jila app. Focused on enhancing usability and visual consistency, implemented a new tab-based navigation structure using React Native and Expo Router, introducing dedicated icons for Home, Resources, and Help sections. The work involved replacing the legacy tab layout and updating the tab bar background color to improve clarity across the interface. Leveraged JavaScript and TypeScript to integrate the refreshed navigation seamlessly with the existing codebase, resulting in a more intuitive user experience and a maintainable frontend architecture without addressing bug fixes.
