Worked on maintaining the grafana/helm-charts repository, focusing on improving deployment reliability and ensuring release alignment for Grafana Helm charts. Addressed labeling consistency by replacing selectorLabels with labels across deployment and statefulset configurations, and incremented the chart version from 8.6.0 to 8.6.1. Resolved appVersion conflicts by reverting and then upgrading to 11.3.1, aligning the chart with upstream Grafana releases. Emphasized release discipline and traceability through clear commit messages and version changes. Utilized YAML for configuration management and applied skills in Helm and Kubernetes to streamline chart management, contributing both a feature and a bug fix during the period.
