Jojo Duchuy developed an accessibility-focused enhancement for the end-4/dots-hyprland repository, delivering a lock screen reboot button and reorganizing reboot and shutdown controls to streamline user interactions. Working primarily with QML and leveraging skills in UI development and user experience design, Jojo improved touch targets and labeling to support both keyboard and focus-based accessibility. The implementation provided users with a more direct and intuitive restart path from the lock screen, reducing friction in restart scenarios. The work demonstrated careful attention to commit hygiene and collaborative development, resulting in maintainable code that addresses usability and reliability concerns for device workflows.
