Developed LZMA-loader support for the Amped Wireless ALLY device on the mt7621 platform within the coolsnowwolf/immortalwrt repository, enabling the use of larger firmware images by switching to a loader-kernel approach. This work addressed mt7621 U-Boot size limitations, improving firmware update reliability and compatibility for the target device. The implementation focused on embedded systems and firmware development, utilizing Makefile for build configuration and device setup. The changes were delivered as a traceable, auditable commit, reflecting a methodical approach to device configuration and platform constraints. No bugs were reported or fixed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery.
