Jonathan Melitski developed Mobile Universal Links integration for the pennlabs/penn-mobile repository, focusing on seamless deep linking from web to mobile. He extended Kubernetes ingress to pennmobile.org, updating the Kubernetes configuration to support new routing paths. This work leveraged his skills in DevOps, infrastructure, and Kubernetes, and was implemented using TypeScript. By enabling Universal Links, Jonathan improved the install-to-engagement funnel and reduced friction between web and mobile experiences, supporting future feature parity. The project enhanced user onboarding and retention by strengthening cross-channel connectivity. The scope was focused but technically deep, demonstrating strong command of deployment automation and ingress routing.
