Anli enhanced backend reliability and maintainability for pennlabs/penn-courses by implementing granular logging for webhook status updates and refactoring alert view logging to improve readability and lint compliance. Using Python and YAML, Anli focused on code formatting and logging best practices, enabling faster root-cause analysis and streamlined debugging. In addition, Anli strengthened CI/CD pipelines for both penn-courses and penn-mobile by upgrading shared GitHub Actions workflows to version 0.1.9, supporting secure certificate rotation and standardized deployment steps without altering application logic. The work demonstrated depth in backend development and CI/CD modernization, emphasizing maintainable code and robust deployment processes.
