During August 2025, Jose Sanchez developed an EVS Agent integration for the google/virtual-broadcast-production-assistant repository, focusing on backend development using Python. He enabled seamless communication between the Broadcast Orchestrator and the EVS Agent by registering the agent in the known agents list, which improved discovery and interoperability within the system. To streamline deployment and reduce configuration errors, he defined default URL and API key environment variables, standardizing the integration process. The work addressed the need for reliable agent communication in broadcast workflows. While the contribution was limited to a single feature, it demonstrated a methodical approach to backend system integration.
