The notebook guided users through downloading relevant data, visualizing FITS files, inspecting header keywords, and optionally assessing PSF quality using the hst1pass tool. This end-to-end workflow streamlined the process of evaluating exception reports and supported decisions on filing Hubble Observation Problem Reports. The work demonstrated proficiency in Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and astronomy data processing, enhancing the troubleshooting workflow for both researchers and staff by integrating data analysis and scientific computing within the HST notebooks ecosystem.
