Worked on governance improvements for the Kubernetes GCP CSI Driver team within the kubernetes/org repository, focusing on configuration management and DevOps practices. Updated the teams.yaml file using YAML to assign maintainer and admin roles for a key contributor and corrected roster sorting to ensure accurate ownership representation under SIG Storage. These changes enhanced onboarding efficiency, clarified team ownership, and strengthened alignment with SIG Storage processes. The work was delivered through two traceable commits, reflecting a methodical approach to repository management and security. Leveraged skills in Kubernetes and configuration management to improve the visibility and governance of a critical storage component.
