
In June 2025, Kalauay developed core task planning features for the Ye-ICS/fss-everything-app, focusing on a comprehensive refactor of the TaskManager and Task classes to improve maintainability and enable faster feature delivery. Using Java, JavaFX, and FXML, Kalauay enhanced the user experience for task creation and month navigation, streamlined date handling and labeling, and improved the reliability of date parsing and display. The work included updates to both Month and Week View controllers, as well as targeted bug fixes across UI components. This engineering effort established a robust, extensible foundation for future calendar and task management functionality.
