Addressed a key reliability issue in Start Menu item removal by shifting from path-based username extraction to leveraging the environment variable for username detection. This change improved the consistency of cleanup operations across different user profiles and reduced edge case failures. No new features were introduced during this period, as efforts centered on hardening existing processes.
