Developed and contributed a new static library recipe for the WinToast Windows toast notifications library in the conan-io/conan-center-index repository. This work focused on enabling seamless Conan packaging and Windows compatibility, allowing downstream projects to easily consume WinToast as a dependency. The implementation involved C++ development, CMake configuration, and static library management, with attention to code quality by removing a hardcoded C++ standard version and resolving an import issue to ensure reliable builds. The contribution enhanced Windows runtime support in Conan Center Index, streamlining the integration of toast notifications for teams building Windows applications with C++ and Python.
