Worked on the ScoopInstaller/Extras repository to deliver an updated Blender 4.5.4 package, focusing on improving the reliability of automated software updates. Enhanced the version checking script using PowerShell and JSON, ensuring that users receive accurate Blender builds with fewer update failures. The update involved adding new download URLs and refining the release process to align with robust version control practices. This work strengthened the maintenance workflow for future Blender releases and demonstrated effective use of scripting and software packaging skills. The approach prioritized automation and reliability, addressing common update issues and supporting a smoother experience for end users.
