Additionally, upgraded the fastrand library to version 2.3.0, improving runtime randomness and reliability. The approach prioritized operational continuity, carefully managing dependencies to avoid disruptions while unlocking new features. This effort centered on dependency management and Rust programming, addressing the need for ongoing support and maintainability in the codebase without introducing new bugs or altering existing functionality.
