Keito worked on the facebook/dotslash repository, focusing on enhancing long-term stability by upgrading core dependencies. During February 2025, Keito updated the aws-sdk-bedrockruntime library to version 1.75.0, ensuring compatibility with newer APIs and access to recent bug fixes, and also upgraded fastrand to 2.3.0 to improve randomness performance and reliability. The work centered on Rust and required careful dependency management to maintain operational continuity while unlocking new features. Although the scope was limited to a single feature and did not involve bug fixes, the updates laid groundwork for future development and kept the codebase aligned with supported technologies.
