This approach stabilized the build process, minimized drift between the main repository and its submodules, and established a reliable foundation for future feature development. The work focused on improving build reproducibility and maintainability by leveraging Git’s submodule capabilities, addressing dependency management challenges, and preparing the codebase for upcoming enhancements that rely on refreshed submodule code.
