August 2025 (cncf/toc): Delivered targeted documentation standardization for the KServe Adopter Interview program, improving clarity, consistency, and governance readiness. Implemented via five commits that standardized links, headers, and attendee metadata; unified format for meeting time, attendees, sponsors, and visual separation; and updated interviewee titles to ensure accurate context. These changes established a reusable adopter-interview template and reduce maintenance drift across future interviews.
