Worked on the NHSDigital/prevention-services-design-history repository to deliver two features focused on improving data quality and documentation for breast screening cohorts. Developed a Cohort Manager labeling capability using Markdown, enabling users to mark data exceptions as ‘raised’ or ‘not raised’ and streamlining exception tracking within agile workflows. Later, updated the go-live lessons documentation to capture post-launch insights, emphasizing user-centered design and enhancing stakeholder engagement. The documentation improvements included refining guidance for future teams and correcting minor errors for clarity. Throughout, applied technical writing and product documentation skills to support team collaboration and ensure repository standards were met for ongoing maintainability.
