Developed the foundational onboarding project for the INNER-CIRCLE-ICD4/onboarding-project repository, focusing on establishing a standardized Spring Boot application scaffold. The work centered on creating a robust baseline architecture with Java and Gradle, incorporating web, JPA, Lombok, and H2 runtime components to support rapid feature development. Emphasis was placed on cross-platform build configuration, enabling seamless development across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments. Initial test scaffolding was introduced to facilitate early validation and regression testing. The project also defined a clear repository structure and workflow, streamlining collaboration and handoffs for future onboarding initiatives while prioritizing maintainability and consistent quality.
