Worked on enhancing nf-core pipeline deployment by updating the NCI Gadi HPC configuration and documentation within the nf-core/configs repository. Focused on improving resource management and streamlining setup for large-scale high-performance computing workloads, the work involved refining configuration files and expanding documentation to support more reliable and efficient pipeline execution. Collaborated with the nf-core team to ensure that onboarding and knowledge sharing for HPC deployments were simplified, reducing barriers for new users. Utilized Groovy for configuration and Markdown for documentation, applying skills in containerization, HPC configuration, and Nextflow to deliver a feature that improves usability and reliability for pipeline users.
