Worked on stability and user experience improvements for the joomla-cms repositories, focusing on backend PHP development and robust error handling. Addressed two critical bugs over two months, first by preventing crashes in calendar workflows through explicit input validation and controlled exception handling when invalid date formats were supplied. Enhanced user feedback by providing clearer error messages, supporting the 5.4 release readiness. Later, improved the reliability of mail notifications by refining error handling in the mail subsystem, ensuring users received accurate feedback when mail sending failed and eliminating misleading save failure messages. Prioritized maintainability and workflow stability throughout both contributions.
