Worked on the epam/ketcher repository to refactor the Reaction Auto-mapping Tool’s test suite, focusing on improving test isolation and reliability. By removing direct page dependencies from the tests, the developer enabled more deterministic and maintainable test cases, which reduces flakiness and streamlines future maintenance. This technical approach, implemented using TypeScript and front end development skills, enhanced the overall code health and laid the foundation for faster, more robust CI cycles. Although no user-facing features were released during this period, the work addressed core testing infrastructure, supporting more reliable releases and improving the development workflow for the entire project.
