Worked on stabilizing the Observability deployment process within the redhat-appstudio-qe/infra-deployments repository by addressing configuration issues related to Kubernetes operator management. Focused on improving deployment reliability, the work involved correcting the operator source and development channel to ensure the cluster observability operator used the appropriate Red Hat resources. Deprecated CatalogSource references were removed to prevent conflicts and streamline the deployment pipeline. The changes were implemented using YAML and leveraged skills in Kubernetes and Operator Lifecycle Management. This targeted bug fix enhanced the robustness of the observability operator’s deployment, contributing to a more reliable infrastructure setup for future development.
