Worked on stabilizing CI/CD pipelines for Shopify’s shopify-app-template-react-router and ui-extensions repositories, focusing on improving release determinism and deployment predictability. Addressed CI flakiness by implementing SHA-bound action pinning and explicit version tagging within GitHub Actions workflows, ensuring that builds remained consistent and reproducible over time. Leveraged YAML to define and update workflow configurations, applying a systematic approach to pinning dependencies and automating changelog reminders. The work emphasized continuous integration and DevOps best practices, resulting in more reliable build processes and reduced risk of unexpected changes from upstream action updates. Delivered two features centered on CI/CD stability and automation.
