Worked on stabilizing core navigation and transition handling within the nuxt/nuxt repository, focusing on improving state management during page loads. Addressed a critical bug by ensuring the nuxtApp._runningTransition property was properly deleted upon resolve, which reduced potential race conditions and improved the reliability of page transitions. Enhanced test coverage by adding scenarios for both asynchronous and synchronous components, validating that transition state cleanup functioned as intended and preventing future regressions. Utilized JavaScript and TypeScript alongside Vue.js and Nuxt.js, applying frontend development and testing skills to deliver a targeted fix that contributed to the overall stability of navigation flows.
