Worked on the MystenLabs/walrus-sites repository to enhance deployment workflows by implementing a feature that extends the deploy --dry-run command with detailed cost estimates for Walrus storage and SUI gas. This addition allows users to assess financial implications before executing transactions, supporting better budgeting and risk management. The solution was developed using Rust, leveraging asynchronous programming and backend development skills to integrate cost modeling directly into deployment tooling. No major bugs were addressed during this period, but ongoing issue monitoring ensured stability. The work improved deployment visibility and empowered users to make informed decisions about operational planning and resource allocation.
