Worked on the kaleido-io/terraform-provider-kaleido repository to enhance stacks management by making the network_id field optional in both the Stacks API model and the Terraform provider schema. This update aimed to reduce setup friction and broaden usability for users managing stacks without a dedicated network ID. The technical approach involved updating stacks.go to support the optional network_id while ensuring backward compatibility, and modifying the Terraform schema to allow create and update operations without requiring this field. The work leveraged skills in Go, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure, focusing on improving user experience and developer productivity without introducing breaking changes.
