Laurits Bonde completed Danish localization for the HeyPuter/puter repository by updating the da.js translation file, adding missing translations across various UI elements and messages. Using JavaScript and JSON, Laurits standardized the translation structure to improve maintainability and future internationalization efforts. The work focused on internationalization and localization best practices, ensuring that Danish-speaking users experience a more accessible and user-friendly interface. All changes were validated through existing QA processes to maintain translation accuracy and minimize issues. This contribution enhanced the project’s readiness for additional languages and established a disciplined workflow for managing translation files within the codebase.
