Worked on the cschuwey/UBS_M1_TEI repository to enhance Les Caractères.xml by enriching its bibliographic metadata and expanding content with new quotes, abstracts, and detailed notes on spelling and abbreviations. Focused on improving the XML structure to support scholarly accuracy, the work introduced xml:id attributes and app/rdg tags to enable precise handling of edition variants, specifically distinguishing between e1 and e8 editions. Leveraged skills in XML, TEI, and metadata management to improve data quality, searchability, and maintainability. All efforts centered on feature development and structural rigor, with no critical bugs reported during the development period.
