During a two-month period, Libee Li contributed to apache/bigtop-manager by addressing cross-platform build reliability and improving service clarity. Libee standardized all shell scripts to Unix line endings using Shell scripting and build automation, resolving Maven build failures caused by inconsistent formats across operating systems. In Java, Libee refactored core application classes to clarify process identity, renaming AgentApplication and ServerApplication for better alignment with deployment and monitoring conventions. These changes enhanced CI stability, reduced onboarding friction, and improved operational transparency for developers and operators. The work demonstrated a focused approach to maintainability and cross-environment consistency within a complex build ecosystem.
