Worked on the usememos/memos repository to enhance the MemoEditor’s editing experience by addressing a layout regression related to focus mode toggling. The solution involved recalculating the editor’s height whenever focus mode changed, preventing unexpected resizing and ensuring a consistent user interface. This targeted bug fix eliminated disruptive layout jumps, resulting in a smoother and more reliable workflow for users. The work was implemented using React and TypeScript, with a focus on front end development best practices. The change was carefully isolated to avoid regressions in other editor features, contributing to overall product stability during the development period.
