Worked on the SSI-Site/Site-SSI repository to deliver a comprehensive footer overhaul, focusing on user experience, branding, and long-term stability. Leveraged React and JavaScript to align the footer with Figma design specifications, introducing refined iconography, enhanced styling, and a rounded back-to-top button. Addressed a mobile-specific styling issue affecting the back-to-top button’s pressed state and implemented a controlled rollback strategy to maintain site consistency during branding refresh iterations. Updated the footer logo and later reverted changes to preserve brand integrity. The work demonstrated attention to detail in front end development, graphic design, and version control within a collaborative web environment.
