Meng Li developed an Azure Service Fabric Managed Clusters Toolset for the microsoft/mcp repository, enabling operators to list nodes and restart node types directly through REST API calls. To address the absence of SDK support, Meng implemented direct ARM REST API integration with bearer token authentication using C# and IHttpClientFactory. The solution included custom data models for API responses, AOT-safe JSON serialization, and robust input validation. Comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests, along with Bicep-based test infrastructure, ensured reliability. Meng also updated documentation and CI resources, consolidating tooling information and supporting adoption, reflecting a thorough and maintainable engineering approach.
