Developed and integrated Publish Job Type Support into the Edge Configuration Manager API within the mikeharder/azure-rest-api-specs repository, expanding the API to enable publish workflows and support future automation. This work involved defining new schema elements and updating REST/OpenAPI specifications using TypeScript, with careful attention to version-controlled change management. The implementation introduced statistics and parameters for publish operations, laying the foundation for enhanced telemetry and future compatibility. No major bugs were reported during this period, reflecting a focus on robust API extension and forward-looking design. The approach emphasized maintainability and alignment with evolving business and technical requirements for API development.
