During October 2025, Liske developed a STARFACE PBX configuration template for the gonicus/gonnect repository, focusing on configuration management using INI syntax. The work involved creating a reusable starface.conf template that defines essential connection parameters such as hostname, username, and authentication, and registering it within templates.qrc to streamline deployment. This approach established a standardized, template-driven method for integrating STARFACE PBX systems, reducing manual setup and supporting future telephony integrations. Although the contribution was limited to a single feature over one month, it provided a foundational step toward more scalable and maintainable configuration management practices within the project’s deployment workflows.
