
Developed foundational test data assets for the egenomics/agb2025 repository to support contamination detection and quality control validation in bioinformatics workflows. The work involved designing and adding CSV and TSV files under the tests/Application directory, representing human contamination percentages, QC summaries, and distributions of the top ten genus and phyla. By focusing on data analysis and test-data engineering, the developer enhanced automated validation of data processing capabilities and improved the reproducibility of QC workflows. All artifacts were version-controlled, strengthening the testing foundation and enabling more efficient quality assurance processes without introducing new bugs during the development period.
