During June 2025, Llovigo developed foundational test data assets for the egenomics/agb2025 repository, focusing on supporting contamination detection and quality control validation in bioinformatics workflows. They designed and added new CSV and TSV files representing human contamination percentages, QC summaries, and distributions of the top ten genera and phyla, all placed under a dedicated testing directory. This work enhanced automated validation of data processing capabilities and improved the reproducibility of QC workflows. Leveraging skills in data analysis and bioinformatics, Llovigo emphasized version-controlled test data engineering, laying groundwork for more robust data integrity checks and efficient quality assurance processes.
