Reef Matson enhanced the nf-core/website repository by simplifying the Pipeline page’s user interface to streamline navigation and reduce visual clutter. Focusing on front end development with Astro, JavaScript, and TypeScript, Reef removed the Modules tab and reorganized the remaining tabs to improve discoverability and consistency across pipelines. The work centered on a single, well-documented commit, emphasizing maintainable code and clear traceability. By aligning the UI with user workflows, Reef enabled faster access to pipeline information and supported smoother onboarding for new users. No major bugs were addressed, as the month’s efforts prioritized stable, incremental improvements to the user experience.
