Worked on the newrelic/newrelic-quickstarts repository to enhance performance monitoring and security for October 2025. Delivered an update to the Core Web Vitals dashboard by replacing the First Input Delay (FID) metric with the Interaction to Next Paint (INP) metric, aligning the dashboard with current web standards and providing more actionable insights for users. Updated browser_pages_dashboard.json to support the new metric. Addressed a security vulnerability by implementing input sanitization and validation for user-provided data, improving data integrity and reducing risk. Utilized Go and JSON for backend development, configuration management, and security improvements, resulting in more reliable and secure data handling.
