Worked on targeted maintenance for the NationalSecurityAgency/ghidra repository, focusing on improving the reliability of static analysis for non-returning function detection. Addressed a specific bug by refining the FindNoReturnFunctionsAnalyzer to skip targets with a callfixup indicating fall-through behavior, ensuring that explicit callfixup semantics take precedence over heuristic indicators. This Java-based solution reduced false positives and negatives in static analysis, enhancing code comprehension and supporting safer refactoring. No new user-facing features were released during this period, as the work concentrated on backend correctness and maintainability, leveraging skills in Java, software engineering, and static analysis to deliver business value.
