During December 2024, Lyoshida enhanced CI/CD test suite management for the ibm-mas/cli repository by introducing descriptive test suite naming within Tekton pipeline definitions. This work focused on updating YAML configurations to align keywords and fvt_test_suite parameter values, ensuring that the correct test suites are invoked during automated CI/CD runs. Leveraging skills in CI/CD, configuration management, and Tekton, Lyoshida’s lean patch reduced the risk of misconfiguration and improved the reliability of continuous integration feedback. The targeted changes, linked to tracked issues and submitted as a minimal patch, contributed to more accurate test execution and streamlined future maintainability for the repository.
