Contributed to the DayKev/pokerogue repository by enhancing the reliability and accuracy of rival encounters in a game development context. Focused on correcting the movesets for Paldea Tauros and Rotom, ensuring gameplay mechanics reflected intended design. Improved the randIntRange function to provide inclusive random integer generation, addressing edge-case bugs and increasing randomness reliability. Applied TypeScript and algorithm design skills to perform targeted code cleanup, reordering, and linting, which improved maintainability and readability. Also corrected the handling of Basculegion formIndexes, supporting correct behavior in related encounters. All changes were clearly documented and demonstrated collaborative, detail-oriented engineering practices.
