
Madhupa contributed to the sonic-net/SONiC repository by delivering Dropped Packet Notification (MOD) support, enhancing the framework’s ability to monitor and provide visibility into dropped packets across the data path. This work involved extending the SONiC telemetry and monitoring capabilities using YAML and Markdown for configuration and documentation. Madhupa also improved project workflows by implementing GitHub Actions to automate the generation of sonic image links and maintain supported devices documentation. Additionally, new issue templates were introduced to streamline bug reporting and workgroup requests. The work demonstrated practical application of DevOps, documentation, and CI automation within a collaborative development environment.
