Worked on the inovex/scrumlr.io repository to enhance the stability and reliability of real-time collaboration features. Focused on backend development using Go, with an emphasis on database management and real-time systems. Addressed two critical bugs by resolving Redis crashes during real-time board session events and ensuring manual usernames were preserved during OAuth re-login, directly improving user experience and data integrity. Implemented regression tests to prevent panics caused by browser tab closures and to safeguard against Redis-related failures. These efforts reduced incident risk, strengthened OAuth flow resilience, and improved the overall reliability of live collaboration workflows through robust testing practices.
