Worked on enhancing error reporting and conflict resolution in Bundler for the ruby/ruby and rubygems/rubygems repositories, focusing on scenarios where a gem is specified with both a path and a gemspec in the Gemfile. Improved the clarity of error messages by explicitly stating conflicting sources and requirements, and expanded test coverage to validate these conflict scenarios. This approach aligned error reporting structures and terminology across repositories, reducing debugging time and increasing reliability in dependency management. Utilized Ruby and Ruby on Rails, along with expertise in Bundler and gem management, to deliver more robust and user-friendly dependency resolution workflows.
