During January 2025, Darshan developed new notebook-based cellular electrophysiology analysis tools for the openbraininstitute/obi_platform_analysis_notebooks repository. He created two Jupyter notebooks using Python and LFPy, enabling simulation and visualization of synaptic input and current clamp experiments, including membrane potential and extracellular field outputs. To improve reproducibility and maintainability, Darshan enhanced repository hygiene by adding a .gitignore file and removing compiled build artifacts, reducing noise and preventing accidental commits.
