Worked on the microsoft/documentdb repository to deliver foundational support for Azure Linux 3.0 migration. Developed and integrated new OS detection logic using Shell scripting, enabling seamless identification and handling of Azure Linux 3.0 environments. Focused on containerization and DevOps practices, the work included building the base Docker image for AZL3.0, which established a stable platform for future deployments. Addressed edge cases in environment detection to reduce migration risk and ensure accurate classification during operating system transitions. This effort laid the groundwork for subsequent updates, supporting a smooth migration path from Azure Linux 2.0 to 3.0 within production environments.
