Worked on backend development for the sherlock-project/sherlock repository, delivering three new features and resolving two bugs within a month. Introduced a URL probing capability to monitor web address availability, and implemented a configuration-driven regular expression for validating CodeSandbox usernames, enhancing input validation. Refactored internal logic to replace direct method calls with an API-based approach, improving modularity and flexibility. Addressed data model updates by removing the isnsfw field from hive, ensuring alignment with evolving requirements. All changes were developed using Python, with a focus on robust validation, modular architecture, and improved monitoring to support faster, more reliable feature iterations.
