The work centered on documentation design and template-driven requirements, introducing structured sections for user stories, detailed descriptions, acceptance criteria, and design references. By applying this template to intake workflows, the process enabled clearer scoping and alignment with end-user outcomes, streamlining handoffs to QA and design teams. Leveraged skills in Markdown, version-controlled collaboration, and requirements engineering to strengthen guidance around feature requests. No bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary emphasis was on foundational process improvement and documentation quality.
